Ephemerides III
São Paulo 450 years: several photographers were called upon by organizer Letícia Sá Motta/Tangram to create or search their archives for images of the city on its 450th anniversary, for a collective exhibition in the Subway. Each piece was displayed accompanied by the text of a curator, a writer, or a thinker. The work I created specifically for the invitation, a fusion of 26 images titled "São Paulo, a chaotic vision of the city or a vision of the chaotic city," was accompanied by text from curator Diógenes Moura.
