United Nations declares 2021-2030 the Decade of Ocean Science for Sustainable Development, better known as the Decade of the ocean. But not everyone seems to want to listen to the statement, let alone the complaints of the ocean.
There is no more room for uninformed ones.
There is no more room for jokes.
