I moved into a new home amid the second week of Covid 19 lockdown. And I found myself plenty of both time and serenity to perceive the new home, its smells, sounds and lights. I had the whole day to watch the course of the splendid autumn light and its shadows in the backyard. As I looked at bushes, clothesline and bike colouring - each one in its proper time - the white walls, I unpacked my personal affection belongings. This melting pot of new experiences together with affection to my friend-now-neighbour produced this essay.
